Theise Law is a general practice law firm providing services to individuals, entrepreneurs, business entities, and families, including litigation, both by direct services that the firm provides, and in those instances in which special services or particular services not performed by the firm are necessary, by its affiliations with a network of lawyers and firms across the country and in many foreign jurisdictions.

My mentor said to me on day one of my law practice, 53 years ago, “The practice of Law is 1% percent inspiration and 99% perspiration. There is nothing that you will do in your career that will not include intense study of the law and the facts; each and every time, and for each and every matter. What lawyers do is compete for a client’s trust and confidence, and when first engaged because trust and confidence are not taken, you must earn them, each and every time.”

My mentor’s Golden Rule was, and still is 100% right, each and every time!
